Unfortunately, the application I discuss in this video, IT Pro Dashboard, is no longer being offered as part of the ICC University premium membership. I had to remove it because of a serious security issue. ICC University members were able to access - and modify - each other's client lists. This was a tremendous security  problem and as it remained unresolved after several months, I had no choice but to remove the program from my membership offering.

This isn't to say that the program isn't excellent for your own individual use. I have been using it for years in my own business and am very happy with it. But the reality is it's too expensive for many members who are just starting out ($299/mo. minimum). So I am currently evaluating several new applications so that I'll be able to recommend one that is affordable, functional and reliable.

One that stands out at the moment as popular... AND FREE!... is osTicket (http://osticket.com/). I'll be evaluating this application over the next several weeks and will soon post a full review. I will say at first glance that it looks quite encouraging.
