Use these contracts to establish the terms of your relationships and to protect yourself when working with Clients or hired Contractors.

Customer Support Agreement – Do NOT begin working for a Client unless you have the terms of what’s expected of both YOU and THEM clearly spelled out and agreed to! Modify this Customer Support Agreement with your own desired terms and they’ll never be any suprises for either you or your Client when it comes to billing, hours or services provided.

Contractor Non-Compete Agreement – There will come a point where you’re going to need help servicing your Clients. Make sure that the Consultants you hire to lend you a hand understands exactly what’s expected (and make sure that no one attempts to steal your customers from you).

Non-Disclosure Agreement – You’ve worked hard to put together the materials you use to build and run your business. Use this Agreement to ensure that no-one you work with shares your secrets for their own gain.
